How to Operate Cyansky HS6R rechargeable headlamp?

The Cyansky HS6R is the full metal LED rechargeable headlamp. Please do remove the insulation film (between tail cap and battery negative pole) for charging and using once receiving the device.

Operation Instructions

The headlamp is designed with two switches. The side switch controls the main light, beaming focused cold white light. The top switch controls the auxiliary lights, beaming flood warm white light, and red light.

Power On/Off: Press and hold the multifunctional power buttons (side switch for the main light, top switch for auxiliary lights) of the rechargeable headlamp for 0.5 second to power on or off the light.

Changing Modes: With the convenient dual switch design, the main light (white spotlight) and auxiliary lights (white floodlight and red light) can be accessed separately and independently by side switch and top switch.

Main Light (white spotlight)
Press the side switch for different outputs when the light is on. The light will cycle through Low – Med – High – Turbo.

Auxiliary Lights (white Floodlight and red Light)
Press the top switch for different outputs when the light is on. The light will cycle through Low – Med – High – Constant Red Light - Red Flicker

Memory Function:
The LED headlamp is designed with memory functions. When the light is turned on, it will automatically go to the last selected brightness level before power off.

Charging:
Open the charging port protective cap of the headlamp and connect the coming TYPE-C cable to your power adapter, the charging indicator will display red while charging and turn to green when the light is fully charged. It will take 3 hours for a full charge with the input current of 2A.

Please do remember to unplug the charging cable and cover the protective cap well for better waterproof performance. You can activate the led headlamp rechargeable for normal use at low mode or the red light while it is in charge.

Dynamic Real-Time Battery Level Monitor:
Battery indicator will display when you press and let go the side switch quickly, you can monitor your battery status and make a plan for good use of the headlamp and recharging.
Battery >80%, green light;
Battery 50%-80%, green light blinking;
Battery 20%-50%, red light;
Battery <20%, red light blinking.

Multi-angle Adjustable Bracket and Frame:
The headlamp can be adjusted by pivoting up or down 90°for multiple directional illuminations.

Battery Low Warning:
When battery low, the battery indicator will flash 3 times every 5 minutes to remind battery replacement.

Low-voltage Downshift:
When the voltage is lower than 3.0V, the light will automatically step down to a lower brightness level till the battery runs out.

Protection based on Time:
When the light work on the Turbo mode (1200 lumens) for 1 minute, it will automatically switch down to 1000 lumens to avoid overheating.

Protection based on Temperature:
The LED lamp generates heat when it's on high modes. When the temperature is over the safety data, the output will automatically step down to reduce the temperature, when the temperature is lower than the safety value, the output will gradually increase.

Tip: During carry, please loosen the tail cap for about half-circle to avoid unintended activation. An unintended activation in a backpack or pocket for a long time may run the battery out and burn out surrounding objects due to heat.

1. If the LED rechargeable headlamp will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery from the light, or the light could be damaged by electrolyte leakage or battery explosion.
2. Children use this headlamp must under the guidance of adults.
3. This high output LED headlamp is capable of causing eye damage to the user. Avoid shining the light directly into anyone’s eyes.
4. Do not put the headlamp with battery in it into the fire, otherwise it will explode.
5. Do not put the headlamp with the battery cover open into the water.
6. Do not reverse the positive and negative pole of the battery.
