Exchange and Refund Policy
It is guaranteed that our products are strictly meeting or higher than industrial standards. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact our support team in time(within 3 days after you received the product) for return and exchange(refund) request.
If you’d like to change the product you purchased(without manufacturing defects) to another model, please contact our support team in time (within 3 days after you received the product) for exchange request, we do not cover the return shipping fee and you shall pay the margins if the price is higher than the previous one.
For products purchased within 15 days(from the day you received the product), if any problem occurs in normal use, we will offer free replacement, if the model was discontinued or out of stock, we will offer a similar model or an upgraded model.
15 days free replacement: Cyanskylight will offer a new replacement within 15 days of purchase(from the day customer receives the purchased product) for any manufacturing defects or any problem occurs in normal use. If the model has been discontinued, the customer will receive a similar or upgraded model.
5 years free repair: Cyanskylight will offer free repair within 5 years for lights from the date of purchase if any problem develops with normal use. Different warranty period for different products are as below:
Flashlights, headlamps, gun mount, remote switch
5 years （60 months）
1 year (12 months)
The warranty service does not cover any damages or failure caused by:
Limited Life-time Warranty
Cyanskylight will provide a limited life-time warranty for products beyond free warranty period, the cost shall be subject to the actual cost of material replacement, we do not charge additional labor cost.
Return, Exchange and Refund Guidelines
Please contact us via E-mail or online chat if you need any support(before-sale or after-sale service). We will respond in 24 hours during business days and 72 hours during weekends and holidays.
Picture or video and purchase proof (invoice or receipt) are necessary for warranty claim. The picture or a short clip of video to demonstrate the problem you encountered are very useful for us to offer more efficient service.
Products should be returned to an appointed address, we will inform you the address via E-mail. Please send out the product within 7 days once you got the address and update tracking information to us in time.
For product exchange, once we can track your returned goods online, we will start the process and send out the replacement to you in 2 business days. For refund, we will proceed refund in 2 business days after our warehouse confirm they’ve received the returned goods. Means for refund: PayPal.
From time to time we may update this policy. If there are any significant changes we will post updates on our website, applications or let you know by email.
